Khe Sanh has been honoured in this years inclusions in the National Film & Sound Archive selection of sound recordings that have a cultural, historical and aesthetic significance and relevance, informing or reflecting life in Australia.

Each year, the Australian public nominates new sounds to be added with final selections determined by a panel of industry experts.

Icehouse’s Great Southern Land and the Divinyls’ debut Boys in Town were also honoured this year.
